Before you begin

Is there a monthly subscription?+
No. You deposit into a wallet and IVAR draws from it as conversations happen. There is nothing recurring unless you choose to top up again.
What happens if my balance runs out?+
You are notified well before that point, on WhatsApp and by email. If it does reach zero, IVAR pauses until you add funds, nothing is lost or deleted.
Can I get a refund on unused funds?+
Yes. If you choose to leave, whatever remains in your wallet is returned to you.
How do I pay?+
Card payment is available globally. Regional options such as EcoCash and direct bank transfer are also supported, with a short manual confirmation step.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes, a trial period is available before any deposit is required, so you can see IVAR working on your own business before committing anything.
